I am 23 years old male and I have no moustache and beard yet.Is it a symptom for hypogonadism.Please tell me any cause and treatment details..

Hi Lack of facial hair can be a sign of hypogonadism or can be constitutional. Consult a Urologist or Endocrinologist for this. Either the brain doesn't send signals to testis or the testis does not produce the hormones or it does not act on the target organs. Treatment depends on cause.
