Hi dr. my baby (6 months old boy)face is getting little bit dry and red Color. We introduced food (ragi mix and banana mix). Does  this happen from food allergy? How to cure from this?

No it's not due to foods  , most probably due to soap or oil u are using, need to discuss with you before advising medicine
