Hello.... Dust,all types of impurities gets settled on the oily face.. So your face looks dull.. Wash your face twice daily .in lukewarm water and clean with tissue paper . Avoid pollution , dust .. Use oil controlling soaps and creams ...consult dermatologist in the nearest hospital.....
