Since my early 20's I have developed an lopsided face. It appears to be my cheek, chin and under my jaw. At first I thought it was just excess fat or enlarged muscle but I am also concerned it could be swelling, either in my glands or lymph nodes. As this will obviously affect the treatment I would need. The issues has gotten worse over the last 3-4 years and my right side now is starting to droop under the weight.
