There is pain in my right side of face, eye and jaw. Looks like swelling in the right side of my face, and my left side of face is normal

I would advise you to go to the ER so you can get evaluated and undergo further investigations to confirm the cause of the swelling. Have you had any trauma to the right side of the face? If then apply an ice pack to reduce the swelling but do get an X-Ray done to rule out any underlying anatomic anomalies.
