I am a software engineer and use computers day and night. But since last few years, my eyes burn a lot, even when am not working. I always shrink my eyes, or close them for a while. Not sure what is the reason, but it's affecting my focus and concentration a lot

Hello This is computer vision syndrome that means prolonged working on computer cause dryness of eyes. Treatment 1. Blink a lot 2. Take a break of 5 minutes after every 1/hour of work 3. Use antiglare glasses 4.do cold compresses 5.use frequent lubricating eyedrop like flogel
