Eyelids Oil glands blocked

I am suffering from stye(not sure) for the past 4-5 weeks. I don't know if it is due to blockage of oil glands or bacterial infection. It is occurring alternately. Takes around a week to completely go away from one eye and immediately starts in the next eye. Please suggest some medication, an eyedrop to stop it happening ever again.
