My left eye vision changed from 6/6 to 6/9. Should I get new spectacles? Cylindrical and spherical powers are same as in earlier prescription.

The power of the new glasses is the same as that of old ones. So the possibility is that there are scratches on the older ones. There might be a change in the axis of cylinder as well. Anyways you should change the glasses.
