Hi my cousin age 18 currently preparing for Neet exam ...last two days before her eye turn into reddish we took her to hospital docters check her Bp levl it's was slightly increased 130/110 and prescribe her medicine ...then advice to take hemoglobin...all result came normal...today from morning onwards her eyes again turning into red any problem.... please explain me

Already answered. Stress of study raise blood pressure. Better to consult a MD in local .  Ethamsyl tab three times  can clear the eye but underlying blood  pressure  can not be ignored.

Most likely she has allergic conjunctivitis or dry eye due to excess screen time. She can use tab cetrrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 1 week, Tear eye drops for a month.
Health Tips
if working on a small screen for long time  she should take a pause of abt 10minutes, after an hour or so, move out and look far. Take fresh green vegetables and fruits.
