there might be acute conjuntivitis if discharge watering redness but if only swelling is there it could be insect bite. you can put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol oint at bed time. if doesn't get relief in 24 to 48 hrs then consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
