Hello I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise to get rid of glasses Lasik is a very good option for this

i suppose you mean your no is 7 and 5 respectively. in that case the only option is to use glasses or contact lenses in you are below 21 yrs and you can think of lasik surgery if you are above 21 yrs
