Today i have seen a white spot in my eyes...yesterday it was not there..no pain nothing..but one spot in the eyes..i m scared

Can be a lacrimal gland infection.. Spot is exactly where the gland is situated. Consult an opthalmologist fr antibiotic eye drops..should go away with them
