This is my report of last year of February then after some time I feel better so I didn't noticed it now i feel that problem again... Plz explain me what is written in this report...th

Hello There is nothing much written except that you may need glasses and doctor advised you lubricating eyedrop ( lubrex) I assume you had dryness which got resloved with lubrex
