Use antiallergic drops like eyedrop alcarex and lubricants like eyedrop refresh tears..avoid dust and sunlight..use protective goggles while going out..wash your eyes with cold water and do cold sponging with ice..even if itching persists..take oral antiallergics too like tablet montair-LC once daily for 3 days..
