Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of floaters. These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them Having said that it is very difficult Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

These are called floaters and are usually nonpathological.but you must get your funds examination done to rule out any retinal problem. If retina is ok then the only option left is to learn to imits them.
