hello der you have to do exercise for ur eyes
have more vit a products and veg like carrots papayas green leafy veg
get ur eyesight checked
wear glasses so harmful rays does not effect ur eyes
don stare at computer atleast after half an hour take 5 min break and look far..or look up into the sky so that ur eyes relax
consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
