I am 30 yr old. Having -8 in right eye and -7.5 in left eye. Will I get retinal detachment. Am afraid of. What is the probability that I LL get it

individuals with high myopia are always at risk of retinal detachment. please get your eyes  (especially fundus )examination done periodically ,say biannually.avoid stranous work and jumping etc.
