My 4 years child touched his eye with pen on white area, I could observe small line with red color, He don't feel any pain, no watery eye, Can I worry or Can I use some eye drop to cure this or will it go away by it's own? Please advice

it could be a subconjuctival haemorrhage please do cold compresses and put antibiotics eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. moxifloxacin. better start treatment after sharing a close-up pic of his eye.

Going by your history, it could be either just local congestion of conjunctiva( layer overlying the white part of eye) or a tiny blood clot. It will generally go away on its own. However if you're very concerned, better to get it checked. Alternately, you could upload a photo of the eye for doctors online to get a better idea. Regards, Srikanth.
