Good evening sir I'm having one dot of sand particle like sized along with swelling under left eye Should I use neosporin on it

Though  you May use neosporine eye pint.but it could be a foreign body.so either please share a close up pic of your eyes with detailed information about discharge redness watering pain swelling itching and blurring of vision vision. Or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
