Sir, Please I want to know that plus eye power is more dangerous or minus eye power. In case of less than one plus eye power if spec are not used for some time then it is harmful or not.

Hello A.  Neither plus is dangerous nor minus power B.  It is not harmful but yes.. There may be visual symptoms and asthenopic symptoms like headache etc
