5-6 hours of computer work causes dryness. But we have to look for other factors too. Consider following points :
1. Avoid direct air flow on your eyes, such as AC or wind while driving
2. Avoid mobile and tv as much as possible because it adds up
3. Avoid late night sleeps. Sleep early.
4. Go for body check up to rule out any skin disease, joint problems, back problems , spine problems
5. If you are on any treatments like for skin or hormonal - consider it as some medicines cause dryness.
6. Use lubricants containing chloroquine in it like - UV lube eye drops, it might help you.
