Hello there are many causes for headache (tala nuppi) like sinusitis, migraine, stress etc. headache does not always signify refractive error. kindly consult local physician

Hello, I went through your query, for simple headache, you can take tab. Paracetamol 650mg after food to relieve headache...avoid stress and good night sleep will help to relieve your headache. If you have regular headache then you need to recheck visual acuity, or else please consult physician in person.
