Eye Pain in Left Side from inner part

2017-09-22 19:42:02
I am having some pain in my left eye below the eyebrow part (but pain is from inside the eyes). I am having computer work most of the times. But even without work sometimes pain gets started. I am using specs but also i am not able to stop that pain even after using the same. What is complete refraction and where does i get it, And how much charge should i need to spent for the same. Is any eye drop will helpful for me if yes then which drop would be the best for me.

get your eyes testing done again by an ophthalmologist having facilities of autoref. use lubricant eye drops  and close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes.

Most of software professionals don't know how to work on computer for long time without giving trouble to eyes. While working on computer number of blinking drastically goes down from around 24 per minute to around 8 per minute leading to severe dryness causing burning, eyestrain, blurring of vision & headache. One should try to have normal blinking while working on computer, should look away from screen after every 10 minute , should take rest for 10 minute after every 2 hours& should wear antiglare glass. Software professionals should use lubricating eye drops 4-5 times daily (Systane ultra)&genteal gel once at bed time.
