My eye having pain since 1 week and while watching tv or using mobile phone head is little bit heavy

you develop dryness  due to computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop.
Next Steps
follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C. or fan.keep properties distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
