White discharge from eyes will not occur with increased screen time . Is it associated with redness , swelling over eyes or decreased vision ? Needs evaluation. Certain tips since you are working from home 1)Follow 20-20-20 rule 20 mins screen time followed by 20 second rest during which look 20 feet apart 2) Maintain adequate distance from the screen and have adequate illumination  in the room 3) adjust the brightness of the screen 4) frequent blinking in between 5) Use spectacles if you have been prescribed by the eye doctor 6 ) Avoid touching or rubbing eyes 7) Consult the doctor in the event of any redness , ithing , watering , eye pain , decreased vision These are the features of Computer Vision Syndrome However since you have white discharge too ,it needs further evaluation to find out the cause .

Working on screen for long will not cause discharge.  It can be because of infection.  Is the discharge less or more with matting of lashes.  We need to see viral bacterial or allergic.  And take drops according to it.  If it's clear u just need artificial tears.

Keep adequate distance from the screen, take frequent breaks and blink completely and frequently as one forgets to blink when concentrating on something. Please send a picture so that I can see how severe it is. Also is your eyesight alright?
