Hello.. Well the drops might be a temporary relief.. We need to evaluate on the cause of it..is there any associated infection? Any other symptoms like redness, discharge,stickiness of eyes, blurring of vision..does your mother use spectacles? When was the last time power tested? It's better you consult an ophthalmologist
