Hello This could be due to dryness or allergy Try A.avoid rubbing eyes B. Cold compresses C. Use mild antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop twice daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eyes so that I may guide you better

Are you a regular computer user if so it might be computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids
