Eye irritation and burning

I have constant irritation and burning in my eyes with watering. I am not able to open my left eye. Previously doctor had suggested Alcarex and Eyemist drops. Even after applying them watering and irritated feeling hasn't reduced.

If you have no discharge you can add Kitmox-LD eye drops thrice daily for 5 days and the decrease it to two times a day for 5 days and then reduce it to once daily for 5 days and then stop it.
