Watery eye, White discharge, reddish and swelling. Casual itching. Right eye only. Currently using eye drop since last 3 hours

Seems to be case infection , you may use 4Quin eye drops + zymer eye drops 6-7 times at interval of half an hour between two drops .

please maintain your hygiene otherwise your other eye and the eyes of your  family members with  also get infected  .please don't use steroid eye drops. use only plain antibiotic eye drops 2hourly.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of eye infection It is very difficult to comment without examining you I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
