My eyes continuously water. Suddenly I see this swelling . Eye doctor gave medicines and suggested syringe test . However , after taking the medicine I passed blood in cough today . Is it normal ? Doctor said it is acute dacryocystitis . Please suggest !

Yes it's acute dacryocystitis.but the blood with sputum is nòt due to this. Please get your sputum for Afb  test  dòne. For dacryocystitis.pl take oral antibiotic and anti inflammatory tab e.g. tab ciplox 500and tab diclogesic twice daily also put antibiotics eye drops 2hrly e.g. moxifloxacin and and do steam inhalation

Hello It looks like acute dacryocystitis Treatment include systemic antibiotic to resolve the inflammation followed by sac surgery to resolve the issue
