Having excess eye discharge during sleeping from left eye..I am in my 1st trimester of pregnancy. Can i use ITONE eyedrop?

you are having conjuntivitis. in 1st trimester of pregnancy  you must be careful about  medication  but at the same time  treatment of every infection is also necessary. please share a close-up pic of your eyes with detailed history or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.
