I Have -5 D eyes power... I am worried about my retina... Which tests To do for Retina checkup? And How frequent the checkups to be done? Any dos and donts to Stop further retinal deterioration.. Plz reply

Once a year checkup with a retina specialist will suffice. Early detection of any pathology will help in preventing further deterioration.
