Eye irretation/itching can damage eye sight? my son is suffering from eye irretation/itching, dr suggested one drop for allergy. and he told we need after 1.5 yrs check for his eyesight and maybe eye cylinderical sight no can also possible.

Itching is due to allergy. Numbers can be there even someone doesn't have these problems. Two things are different. Some drops being used in treating allergy can cause some eye problems but no ophthalmologist normally prescribe them. Mostly medical store people give it to the patients.
