Diabetes medication like
Metformin can cause
vitamin b12 deficiency, lack of sun exposure causes vitamin d deficiency. Also with age women get osteoporosis which is bone degeneration which can sometimes cause bone related pain. Also do discuss with your doctor why her hemoglobin is less is it nutritional or related to blood loss, the
complete blood count will help the doctor get some clue pertaining to this. Low hemoglobin or anemia itself can cause weakness.
