Rest your stomach for few hours, avoid milk and milk products.... Drink plenty of water, oral rehydrationa salts to replace the electrolyte imbalance.... Consider anti emetics.... Once the vomiting stops consider bland diet like rice, bananas, dry toasts etc...., Consult Physician....
