Hello Vellore there are numerous causes for backache which might be as simple as you are sitting or sleeping posture as well as other causes like renal stones urinary tract infection reproductive tract infections muscle spasm .Etc.. so I would suggest you to meet a physician first as he will also tell you about your blood pressure thank you
