My child 8 years old while playing he had external scalp injury. Cut was quite deep and bleeded a lot. But after a min he was fine took shower by himself got down the stairs ate food and slept I can't see any symptoms of nausea or concussion. His breathing is fine and there was no color change in his body and also near the cut no color change Anything to worry?? I am scared coz it's bleeding
