This is for Male 36yrs. He is a full time driver. Could you please look into the attached anal picture. Whether this is external Piles or this can be a cancer as he has family history with cancer. Only symptom is itching sometimes,constipation while having non-veg and flatulence. Please suggest which specialist we need to check with and what are all the tests will confirm our doubt.
