In January when I got anal fissure, a skinny gland started to appear when I wipe after bowel movement. It automatically disappeared after some time. Now one month ago when I had fissure again, it again started to appear sometimes very soft and small and sometimes a bit harder and bigger on the right side of anus edge. What is this? Is this external hemorrhoid? What is it's treatment? Will it cause any trouble or go away on it's own? I don't have constipation and I eat simple and high fiber diet.
