Exercising post delivery

I had a C Sec delivery on 1st of May'18. When can I start exercising (cardio, aerobics). I am not Brestfeeding anymore.

You can start mild exercises now also like walking, jogging, free hand exercises etc. But atleast wait for 6 months before doing vigorous exercises.
