Exercise post puj pyeloplasty surgery

Dear Doctors, Please advise whether i can joing gym or yoga class as i have gone under surgery due to puj obstruction so open pyeloplasty been done on right side near stomach 6 months ago. now my belly/stomach had increased so wanted to reduce it also gastric trouble had occured few months ago. Please help what should i do to decrease my stomach/waist size. Awaiting your help and support.
