Hi doctor, I had conceived via IVF however it resulted in miscarriage 2 months ago. We are trying to conceive now. Can I walk for an hour while trying to conceive?

Hi there, Recommendation is NO STRENUOUS ACTIVITY. So for you ma’am if walking for an hour is exertion or strenuous then I should advice from refrain.. if You can cut down the walking if you can.
