Its been 45 days since my septorhinoplasty surgery . Can I start going to the gym ? Or should I wait ?

That depends upon what your Surgeon has done. These are all highly customised surgeries. If any osteotomies have been done, better to wait a bit longer, otherwise no problem! Just ask your operating surgeon before you take the plunge.
