Hi , are you a sportsperson? HOCM (Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) is a disease of young athletes under 30. Other reason for shoulder pain could be you pulled up your muscle which you are may be unaware of or due to strain on the muscle during the sleep. Fear not , get your ecg done to rule out heart isn’t involved and also monitor your bp over the period of 1 month, initially daily for 7 days and then once in 3 days.
Next Steps
Ecg ( electrocardiography) , BP monitoring as stated above , and tablet paracetamol 500 mg if the pain constant ( not exceeding more than 4 tablets per day ). Good luck !
