When I take proteins like drinking milk or having chicken I excrete thin like I have dysentery. I need some help in this. Thanks.

Hello.. Well it happens sometimes..chicken because you will have it with lot of masala and stuff and the preparation will be more spicy so that will cause in increased motions ...and about milk it can't be all of a sudden...people have problem after consuming milk but then will be there since childhood...thank you
