Excessive stubborn blackheads

I have excessive blackheads, which have not been removed by esthetician all these years saying it is not possible to remove these stubborn blackheads. I had even consulted a dermatologist, she removed hardly a few and ended up scarring my nose with pressured extraction. Is there any way I can get blackheads removed completely without scarring?
