Excessive sleepiness and fatigue

I am taking esciaan lite tablets for anxiety disorder last 3 months now its makes me excessive sleepiness in day time and feeling fatigue can't ale to work what to do first I strted with escitalaprom 15 mg then reduced to 12.5 and now 10mgs with clonazepam0.25 mg but now only I face this side effects pls guide me

Hi The clonazepam is benzodiazepine,  so it has sedative property. If you feel sleepiness then plan to stop clonazepam. So discuss with your treating doctor regarding stopping of clonazepam and continue with escitalopram alone. Hope this helps you. Thanks and regards
