Excessive Skin Peeling

Hi. I am having excessive Skin Peeling on the palms of my hands and feet. Usually I have this during winters and it normally gets cured after I apply moisturizer. But in this case, I have been applying moisturizer since a week and the skin peeling has not stopped, and it's very very dry. Please suggest some remedies/treatment. Thank you.

Dry skin is the reason, drink plenty of water and continue application of moisturizer is ok, also it is harmless so don't worry
