Hi, gd, morn, thanks for trusting ayurved, u shared ur issue being since long, I can guess how its hampering ur performance, it may be just Stomach n its roots may be in ur food n sleep habits but what else u noticing,.. Like .. Bloating, sense of incomplete evacuation of bowel if so plz have lots of warm buttermilk by adding cumin/ajawayan/ curry leaves/pinch of saindha namak. Make sure u attend ur natural urges bet'n 5-6am, replace ur dinner with just popcorn or juices..for 5to 7 days n feedback. Feel free to communicate
