Excessive Precum and Lesser Erection

I have been experiencing excessive precum at the time of arousal and erection and erection doesn't last longer. It's really creating troubles in my sex life. I did have issues with precum before but it never ruined my erection. This has happened quite recently and it's giving me nightmares. Please assist if someone can.
